[Will - Daniel Iliffe 1697] In the name of God Amen This thirteenth day of April in the year of our Lord God ye 1697. I XXX [Daniel crossed out] Daniell Iliff of Kibworth Beauchamp in the County of Leicester and being in sound mind & a ful goodly dispossing memory (Thanks be to God for it) doe make ordaine & publish, this my Last Will and Testament in mine forme following that it is say*--*- ffirst & principally I committ my soule to God & my body to be decently buried according to the discretion of mine Executrix hereafter named. I te-- I give & bequeath unto my son Richard 12 ft [half??] I give to each of my foure daughters 12 ft [half??] all my goods Cattle & Chattles after my debts and my funerall expenses dispensed & the leagicies aforesaid performed.
