Imprim: I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Rebeccah Swingler part of my counting [?] house that is ye Brewhouse sellar, little parlour chamber -*- of Brew- House with ye garden priviledgs [?] to it wth priviledge to ye pump for water for her use and privilege to hang closes in ye orchard for drying having her["having her" inserted above line] and twenty pounds to be paid to her by my executor two year after my decease and all ye Goods in ye house to her and her two sons James Bull & Job Bull except those which were mine before any late marriage.
