[William Swingler Will 1748] In the of God Amen. I William Swingler of Kibworth Beauchamp in the County of Leicester yeoman, being of sound and disposing mind and memory praise be God for ye same, having revoked all former Wills by me made at any time hertofore made [this "made" crossed out] Do make and ordain this my last will and testament in manner and form following; Imprim: I Give and bequeath to my wife Grace Swingler my house and appurtenances [2 words "and appurtenances" inserted above line] in which I now dwell during her natural life and after her decease I give it up to my son in Law Samuel Robinson and Mary his wife during their natural lifes after the decease of them both I Give it to my Grandson Samuel Robinson and his heirs forever. I also Give and bequeath to my wife Grace Swingler all my household Goods and chattles Whatsoever and my Will is that my Daughter Grace Langton of Clipston in ye County of Northton shall have all ye Goods in ye Parlour after my Wifes decease, I appoint my Wife Grace Swingler sole Executrix she paying all my Debts and funeral charges to Which I have set my hand and seal this thord day of May in the year of our Lord 1748 Signed sealed published and declared in the presence Will.
